Minimally Invasive Glaucoma Surgery (MIGS) is an exciting new form of surgery for glaucoma. Usually combined with routine cataract surgery, it allows for control of glaucoma without the need for multiple long term eye drops and recourse to further invasive surgery. There is no added discomfort and it only adds ten minutes to the cataract operation.
